TACITA Dynamics offers a new type of vibration damping solutions called « Nonlinear Energy Sinks » (NES) which implements « Energy Pumping » principle resulting from 20 years academic research.
This concept opens up new possibilities for reducing vibration or shock problems usually addressed by « anti-resonance » (Tuned Mass Damper) and limits the use of « structural reinforcement » or « insulation » solutions (elastomer pad).
AirNES is a patented solution that implements "Energy Pumping" concept, also called "Energy Transfer".
